Product Description
This auto small tube glue filling capping machine is for small volume glue tube filling, it can insure the cap screws on to wanted degree. small tube glue filling capping machine adopting variable speed control, photo electricity control, shaking tray, vibrating disc, if no tube does not to filling. The machine applies to the 502 adhesive glue filling.
0.5gram, 1gram, 1.5grams, 2 grams small volume tube.

- Tube loading auto/by hand (VFA-60A tube loading auto, VFA-60B tube loading by hand)

Features
- Bottom cap first loading auto, tube loading auto, press, filling, top cap loading auto, capping, exit. Finished automatically.
- Photoelectricity checking assures accurate filling (if there is no tube, there would be no filling).
- The capping is done by electromagnetism shaking tray, and with special motor for capping, which assures the cap on the right position.
- PLC control and vibrating disc are optional.
