Product Description
This Aerosol can Filling Machine is suitable for all typical aerosol products in house care, personal care, health care, car care and other industries. All the parts that will contact product are made of stainless steel 316 to guarantee the accurate filling. It consists of cans unscrambling machine, rotary liquid filling machine, valve inserting machine, rotary sealing and gas filling, nozzle presser, cap presser, packing table, etc. Optional devices such as valve inserting, weight checking, water bath leakage testing, ink jet printer, actuator pressing, and cap pressing are optional for customer.
High position accuracy, stable driving, precise dosage, and simple operation and also protects bottle caps.
Application:
Suitable for all typical aerosol products, such as: air freshener, deodorant, perfume, body spray, fragrance, toilet spray, disinfection spray; insecticide, mosquito killer spray, Insect killer, pesticide; spray paint, color paint spray, snow spray, pharmaceutical spray, engine cleaner, lubrifiants, detergents, leather spray, hair spray, cosmetic spray, self defence spray, pepper spray, food spray, wound spray, repair spray, mould release spray, furniture spray, anti-rust spray, PU foam, fire extinguisher and LPG cartridge.
