Product Description

This syrup bottle filling capping machine is mainly used for 5-50ml glass round bottle to filling and rolling aluminum cap cover, it can fill medicine syrup, oral liquid, juice, wine, drinks, soybean sauce, vinegar, cod-liver oil, olive oil, essential oil, hair oil, ink, disinfectant, injection, and so on various liquid automatic filling and production, can finish bottle unscrambling(optional), filling & capping, and labeling(optional) automatically. The glass bottle filling machine adopts the peristaltic pump or piston pump metering with the filling range 5-50ml, high precision.
PLC controller and color touch screen are applied and made it possible for programmable control of the machine. No bottle no filling and no capping. Mainly used for 5-50ml straight bottle (with easy pull cover or aluminum cover) filling, adding cover and sealing.

High position accuracy, stable driving, precise dosage, and simple operation and also protects bottle caps.
